President

Matt founded Braidy in 2014 after a decade working in a large public company. He launched his entrepreneurial journey with the acquisition of a 30-year-old textile distribution business. He is passionate about taking businesses to the next level while preserving the relationships, culture, employees, and key factors that make them successful. Matt takes a people-first, growth-oriented approach to guiding businesses, focusing on results and prioritizing long-term success. Matt is also a husband and father to three growing kids.

Dino Mollo

Vice President

Dino has over 20 years of experience as an executive leading growth initiatives, mergers, and acquisitions at both public and privately-owned enterprises. At Braidy, Dino facilitates acquisitions, business transitions, and the management of newly acquired companies. He prioritizes deeply understanding each business’s unique needs and challenges, taking a hands-on approach to tackling problems and driving results. After work, you can find Dino with his wife and three young boys at the hockey rink or on the soccer field.

Nick Reiach

Vice President, Operations

Nick is an operations enthusiast with over 25 years of experience leading acquisitions and major infrastructure projects in a variety of manufacturing and distribution companies. He enjoys shaping the way work is done, catalyzing major initiatives, and discovering hidden opportunities. Nick is an outcome-driven problem solver who works to be an agent for change that enables businesses to reach their full potential. A family man first and foremost, Nick values quality time with his wife, two kids, and their dog.

Geoff Robinson

Vice President, Finance and Administration

Geoff began his career over 20 years ago in operations, later moving to a public accounting firm specializing in auditing and taxes and then working as the Director of Finance for a private equity company in the consumer goods sector. He couples his breadth of experience in operations and finance with genuine curiosity about other roles outside his area of expertise. He enjoys finding opportunities for collaboration to achieve shared goals. Geoff loves travelling and spending time with his wife and three children.

Michael Canic

Vice President, Strategy & Execution

Michael has spent over 25 years leading strategy and execution in mid-market companies, successfully implementing strategic management systems at many organizations. Michael supports leadership teams by bridging the gap between theory and practice with a focus on collaboration and driving impact. He is also the author of Ruthless Consistency: How Committed Leaders Execute Strategy, Implement Change, and Build Organizations That Win. Michael and his wife have visited over 40 countries and are known as the World’s Greatest Aunt and Uncle.

Peter van Leeuwen

Vice President, Technology

Peter brings over 25 years of experience in implementing ERP solutions, backed by a solid background in network infrastructure and software development. As Vice President of Technology, he is committed to delivering innovative, scalable systems that support operational excellence and long-term growth.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys golfing in the summer and curling and skiing in the winter. He and his wife of over 35 years have two adult daughters and are an active family, especially in the softball community.
